Four Prem sides in Gwent now, time to use all four in the develop players for the Regional side and play more cup games in the other three prem grounds.

As a Cwm boy born and bred I will have to revert to be neutral when Ebbw play Newport next season I suppose. Well done Ebbw, welcome back at last.

Well done Ebbw Vale. Looking at the table it's obvious they don't belong in the Championship, and it's a disgrace they've had to wait this long for promotion, this being their fourth successive title according to the report above. It will be interesting to see whether the WRU allow Swansea or Neath to be relegated.

The whole promotion/relegation process is farcical. Why should Ebbw have to wait four seasons for their return? Why should the WRU be considering whether Neath and Swansea go down or not? It should be based on merit every season. Full stop.
