GEORGE (John Stanley) On April 7th, peacefully with his family at his side, John, aged 90 years, retired bank manager. Loving husband of Jackie, father of Alison and Phillippa and grandfather of Hannah and Marcus. Funeral Thursday April 24th, service at St. Mark's Church, Gold Tops at 2pm followed by cremation at Gwent Crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations if desired payable to either St. David's Hospice Care or St. Mark's Church may be sent c/o Tovey Bros, 9/11 Cardiff Road, Newport, NP20 2EH.
