HALLIGAN Phyllis Muriel (Nee) Rosser Peacefully passed away at home in the loving care of her family on Sunday 27th July. Loving wife of the late Mike Halligan. Loving Mother of Anna-Marie, Teresa, & Catherine. Adored Nan to Justin, Haydn, Jamie, Gethin & Charlie. Dearest Mother in law to Ben, Malcolm & Clive, also Beloved Aunt to Caroline. Funeral to be held at St Peter's Church Goytre Friday 1st August at 11am. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu of Renal Unit UHW Cardiff.
