WILLIAMS (Clive Roland) It is with deep regret that the Chief Constable, Gwent Police and Crime Commissioner and members of the Gwent Police received the sad news of the death of former Police Inspector Clive Roland Williams. We extend our deepest sympathy to his wife Margaret and all members of his family.

I was very sorry to hear the sad news today clive was my sergeant when I first joined the police force in 1972 and I was alway known as young clive to save confusion my condolences go.out to Margaret and family
