SULLIVAN Eira 'Rachel' Helena Died peacefully on 19th July 2014 in Barnstaple North Devon, aged 84. She will be greatly missed by her daughters, grandchildren, great grandson and her many friends. She was an artist and arts educator, especially renowned for her work with the blind. There will be no funeral but a celebration of her life will be announced at a later date.
