JONES (Dan) Passed away suddenly 7th September 2014 aged 42 years. Dan beloved husband to Nic, outstanding Daddy to Tomas, a cherished son to Wendy and Chris, very much loved brother to Darren, Kirsty and partners and devoted uncle to Ceryn and Nyree. Dan will be missed by all family and many many friends. Resting at Co-operative Funeralcare Pontypool until the funeral on Thursday 2nd October 2014. Service and committal at Gwent Crematorium at 11.00am, where friends please meet. Family flowers only please, donations are most welcome for MIND and Cruse.
