THOMAS On 15th October 2014, Stephen Thomas of Ventnor Road, Old Cwmbran passed away peacefully at his home after a very short illness, aged 64 years. Beloved husband of Avril, devoted dad of Matt, Kate and Fran, much loved father in law of Claire, Mike and Rhys, dearly loved grandad of Ellie-Mae, Mollie, Tomas, Liberty, Evie, Bailey and Oscar, much loved son of Joy and the late Joseph. Funeral Tuesday 28th October, service 1.30pm at the Gwent Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations in lieu may be given at the service for St. David's Foundation Hospice Care.
