PERRY (Jack William) Peacefully at home in Blackwood 11th December, Jack, aged 80 years. Beloved husband of Betty and dearly loved Dad to Graham, Alison and Wendy, grandfather to Jenna, Andrew, Emma and Abigail, great-grandfather to baby Joshua, also much loved and respected by Nicola, Greg and Gill and his nieces, nephews and extended family. Jack had bravely endured a very difficult illness for many years with great courage, he will be missed by his many friends. Funeral Service at 9.45am at Blackwood Central Methodist Church followed by cremation at Wenallt Chapel Thornhill at 11am. No flowers but donations in lieu to Crossroads Care, South East Wales.
