DILLOWAY (Charlie) Peacefully at the Royal Gwent Hospital on 20th February 2015, Arthur William Charles Dilloway of Croesyceiliog, Cwmbran formerly of Richmond. Loving husband of the late May, much loved dad, father in law, granddad, great granddad, brother and uncle. Sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Friday 13th March, service 1.00pm at St Mary's Church, Croesyceiliog afterwards at Gwent Crematorium at 2.00pm.
