EVANS Moelwyn Thomas “Tom†Peacefully at home on Sunday 30th August 2015 Moelwyn sadly passed away. Loving husband to Anne, devoted Dad to Robert and father-in-law to Claire and much loved Dadcu to Laurie, Manon and Saskia. Funeral service to be held at Bethany Baptist Church, Caldicot on Wednesday 9th September 2015 at 11am followed by interment at Dewstow cemetery, Caldicot at 12 noon. Family flowers only, donations in lieu made payable to St Davids Hospice Care can be sent c/o Robert Howells and Son, 90 Newport Road, Caldicot NP26 4BR Tel: 01291 421375.
