PENN (nee Pleas) Netta Peacefully on January 28th at the Royal Gwent Hospital, Netta, aged 68 years, of Duffryn, loving wife of Tony and mother of Philip, Nicola, Anthony and partners, much loved grandmother and great grandmother. Funeral Thursday February 18th, service at the Private Chapel of Tovey Bros, 9/11 Cardiff Road, Newport NP20 2EH at 11.30am followed by cremation at Gwent crematorium. Flowers may be sent to Tovey Bros.
