STEWART Gordon Peacefully without pain after a short illness Gordon aged 81 years of Mendalgief Road, Pillgwenlly. Dearly loved Husband of Joyce, devoted Dad of Christopher, cherished Bamps of Alex and Bethan, Long suffering walker of Fluff. Last surviving Son of Jim and Leah Stewart. Re-united with his Brothers Jim, Wally, Bernard, Howard, Graham and Sister Mary. Resting in the Private Chapel of Michael G Ryan Son and Daughters Ltd., 106-108 Malpas Road, City of Newport, until Funeral Friday 28th October 2016. Requiem Mass St. Michael's RC Church, Pillgwenlly 11am, prior to interment at St Woolos Cemetery 12.30pm. Immediate family flowers only please however, if desired donations would be appreciated for St. Michaels Restoration Fund, c/o The Funeral Home. Following the funeral all are welcome to join the family for light refreshments at the Pill Harriers Sports and Social Club, to share memories, pay tribute and celebrate Gordon's life.
