SMITH Gwyn (Sam) Passed away May 3rd aged 72 years in the loving arms of his devoted wife Barbara and adored children Sally, Jenny, Lynne and Paul. Gwyn was a loving father-in-law, doting 'Tee' to great granddaughter Chloe, and a wonderful Grancha to all his grandchildren Dan, Tom, Cory, Josh, Seb, Emily, Cariad, Georgia, Caleb, Callum and Evie. He was a big man with an even bigger heart, very much loved by all. Funeral 12:30pm 25th May at St John's Church, Maindee, Newport followed by committal at Gwent Crematorium at 1:30pm. Gwyn has requested mourners wear bright clothing. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu may be given at the service to Velindre Cancer Centre. Barbara has asked that everyone bring a garden flower to be left at the Crematorium as a goodbye to Gwyn. All welcome at Newport Masonic Hall for refreshments following the service.
