FACKRELL Joan Peacefully on Monday 22nd January 2018 at St Woolos Hospital. Joan beloved wife of the late George, Loving mother of James, Janice and Linda, Also cherished Grandmother & Great Grandmother. Joan will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service will take place on Friday 16th February at St Cadoc's Church Trevethin at 10.00am, followed by Committal at Gwent Crematorium at 11.00am.
