CAPEL Phyllis Mary (Nee Luxton) Peacefully on 13th February 2018 Phyllis, beloved wife of the late Stanley. Much loved Mother of Christine and Kathryn, mother-in-law of David and Stephen, devoted Grandmother of Claire, David, Laura, Alys, Hannah and Mark. Funeral Thursday 22nd February service in Emmanuel Evangelical Church Newport at 12-15pm followed by interment at St. Woolos Cemetery at 1-30pm Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to Salvation Army C/0 Albert E. Hicks Ltd., 1 Grafton Road, Newport NP19 0AS
