SAUNDERS Marion Elizabeth Roger and family of Llantarnam wish to express their most sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for all the kindness shown during their sad loss of Marion. Thank you to all those that attended the funeral service, for the many letters, cards and messages of condolence and donations to South 1 District Nurses Team. Special thanks to Dr Simon Waters, all the staff at the medical day care unit Royal Gwent Hospital, you all treated Marion over the many months of treatment with great kindness, compassion and professionalism. Thanks to nurse Chris Daniels and all the district nurses team who treated Marion’s illness with such a friendly dignified and professional manner. All medical staff both at the hospital and the home were a great source of comfort to both Marion and myself. Doctors and staff at Oak Street surgery. Thanks to The Red Cross Carers, the frailty carers and St David’s. We are truly grateful to everyone who touched both our lives however large or small at this sad time. Finally thanks to Revd Cannon Brian R Pippen for a very uplifting service at the Crematorium. Thanks also to The Co-Operative Funeralcare, Pontnewynydd for all their understanding, kindness and professional service, thanks Paul, Chris, Debbie and Gail.
