SAMUEL David Beloved wife Eileen and family of the late David Samuel wish to extend sincere thanks to relatives, friends and neighbours for their continued love and support during David's short illness. Thank you all for your sympathy cards and flowers of condolence. A special thanks to the staff at University Hospital Wales Ward C3 for their amazing care. Also thanks to all the staff at Tovey's. A donation of £370 has been forwarded to Kidney Wales Foundation.
