THOMAS David Melville The family of the late Mel Thomas, of 7 Lodge Road, Caerleon would like to sincerely thank all the staff that have been involved in Mel's treatment and care. All those at Velindre Cancer Centre who have treated him since 2004, then laterly, the wonderful care he received from St Davide's Hospice 'Care Cymru' and Isca Medical Practice, our warmest thanks to you all.
