YEMM Pat Alan Yemm, his children and grandchildren give their utmost thanks to those who came to say goodbye to Pat Yemm a loving wife, Mam and Grandma in a wonderful service that celebrated Pat's life and supported the work of St David's Hospice. We will always be grateful for the kind words and support of those who sent condolences. We will always love and miss you Pat.
