POULSON The family of the Late Anne wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, for the kindness shown during the sad loss of our Mum. Thanks to those who attended the service, and many cards, messages of condolences, and donations received for alzheimers. Special thanks to Leaden Court Nursing Home Cwmbran and Plas-y-carn Residential Home Pontypool.
