EVANS (John) Pat and family would like to extend their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards of condolence and for donations received in memory of John. Special thanks to all the carers, district nurses and St. Davids Foundation for their wonderful care and attention and to all who attended the funeral.
