Abertillery-based Tudor Brewery has teamed up with children's charity Follow Your Dreams in order to raise money.

The charity fulfils the dreams and wishes of children with learning disabilities, helping them to achieve goals and be inspired and realise their ambition.

Tudor Brewery will donate 10p from every bottle of its award-winning Blorange Golden Ale to Follow Your Dreams.

Jaime Devine, of Tudor Brewery, said: "When we were approached by Follow Your Dreams to join forces, I jumped at the chance. The work this charity does to encourage people, perceived as having limitations, to overcome barriers and be the best they can, really struck a chord.

"Here at Tudor Brewery we have the ethos that everyone deserves a chance and this is reflected well in this new relationship between my company and the Follow Your Dreams charity.

"I started this partnership with the wish that from selling our beers to the masses, we can say thank you in the best way that counts and give something back to the local community."

Mike Williams, of Follow Your Dreams, said: "With funds hard to come by, all staff are looking to find new ways of bringing in revenue by combining fundraising with things we like and thinking outside the box.

"I contacted Tudor Brewery as we work a lot in their local area with a range of different projects. It’s a great opportunity to connect with people who we may not have previously spoken with, and will open doors to events across the UK. In addition it will bring in a good level of income to support more dreams in coming true."
