Cwmbran-based law firm QualitySolicitors Rubin Lewis O’Brien has expanded its team with the appointment of Penny Jarman as business development officer.

Mrs Jarman will provide marketing support, co-ordination and business development opportunities to the partners of the firm while maintaining the values and integrity of the organisation.

Mrs Jarman was previously head of relationships and fundraising management at the University of Wales, Newport where she was responsible for the set up, development and ongoing management of the alumni, donors and sponsorship.

Previously, she worked as a product manager in marketing for Lloyds TSB Insurance at Tredegar Park, Newport.

Before coming to Wales she ran an employment agency in Basingstoke, worked for a firm of international consulting engineers and was in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in London for more than four years.
