In a positive demonstration of confidence in the Newport housing market, Kingston Newell Estate Agents appointmented three new members of staff.

The Newport estate agency has recruited Cerys Roberts, Serafine Nichols and Bethan Long, all of whom will be working in the Bridge Street office.

John Newell, director of Kingston Newell Estate Agents said: “The trio of appointments is necessary due to the continued growth in both the sales and lettings arms of the business. We have been achieving record months for both parts of the business for the last eight months and our new extended team will enable the business to maintain its high levels of customer service whilst servicing the increased demand for properties.

“We have an excellent reputation in the Newport area and are recommended to others by previous customers. I am extremely proud of our achievements as a business and am confident that Cerys, Serafine and Bethan will help us to maintain this.”

Cerys joins the company as sales and letting negotiator and both Serafine and Bethan join the sales and letting administration team.

Cerys said: “I’m really enjoying my new role at Kingston Newell. It’s a friendly, busy office and we’ve been made very welcome. Serafine, Bethan and I are all from the area and our local knowledge is proving to be beneficial.”
