A small family business based near Usk were over the moon to be named winners of the Honeymoon Planner of the Year Award, at the Welsh Wedding Awards 2018.

Infinite Travel founder Emma Casburn said: "We are extremely proud of this achievement being a small and independent Monmouthshire business and being in competition with some very well-established companies in Wales. This award shows that hard work along with a friendly, professional and truly personal service really do go a long way.”

She said: "Infinite Travel hasn’t ever copied any of the age-old travel agency policies. We’ve come to the table with a clean sheet."

Having lived in ten countries and visited more than 50 herself, Emma has a true passion for travel and looks to help client make their honeymoon dreams a reality, be it with multi-country highly-tailored itineraries or relaxing beach escapes with all the extras taken care of to help rejuvenate after the big day.

Emma and her team meet with clients to discuss their likes and dislikes, bucket list experiences they want to tick off, the perfect photo opportunities they’re looking to fill their social media feeds with and then build an itinerary based around all of these factors so that their dream honeymoon comes together.

She said: "By doing things in a relaxed and personal manner we feel we can help honeymooners in a fresh approach different to many traditional agencies.

"Clients receive departure packs with hand-picked gifts for their trip and a welcome home gift too.

"Being a small business allows us to treat each client as a friend and person, not a number.”
