THE popular Hospice of the Valleys' annual family fun day is being held at Tredegar's Bryn Bach Park on June 8.
More than 8,000 people attended last year's event, raising more than £7,000 for the hospice.
This year the "It's A Knockout" games will be replaced by a sponsored tug-of-war competition, with all funds going to the Tredegar-based Hospice of the Valleys.
Organisers are seeking teams of eight - male, female or mixed - to take part in the event.
There will also be a living history village to show life during Mediaeval times, a large fairground and music and entertainment.
Hospice chief executive Andrew Richards said "Our Annual Family Fun Day gets bigger and better every year. I am sure that the new added attractions for this year are going to be very popular as well".
The event is open from 11am to 6pm.
To enter a tug-of-war team contact Kevin Davidge on 01495 712936 for an entry form.
Craft stalls are £25 for a 3m x 3m space for traders, or stalls are free for local charities.
Anyone who would like a stall on the day should contact Helen Morgan on 01495 712937.
