With experienced teacher, therapist and Reiki Master. In addition to learning how to safely practise classical yoga postures (asanas), particular emphasis is given to breath-work, (pranayama), relaxation techniques and meditation.
Classes are not strictly confined to the practice of Hatha Yoga, however, and Mia frequently likes to draw on other yoga/ spiritual/ energetic traditions.
Small class sizes ensure plenty of one-to-one support and a friendly, non-competitive atmosphere.
Cosmic Yoga encourages, enables and inspires students to develop and enjoy a confident, holistic approach to personal practice at home and in daily life.
Courses run throughout the year, (some only during term-times).
