We have a core of 'loyal' customers who regularly return to us or recommend family and friends to us. This helps us to maintain a flow of new customers whilst retaining ?existing? customers.


Significant developments in the last few years have been the launch of a Letting & Property Management division; our approval for direct authorisation by the Financial Services Authority (to offer choice to mortgage and insurance customers), and the launch of pa Legals (our conveyancing referral service).

We see the basis of our competitive advantage largely around our brand power and the loyalty of our staff and customers. In recent years we have invested heavily in staff development and education and many of our staff appointments are from within the company.

We are associate members of the NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents) and the Ombudsman Scheme for Estate Agents which assists us with training and providing relevant accreditations for our staff.
