If buying a property at auction grabs your fancy, here's a selection of some coming under the hammer next month.

They are in the catalogue for the next sale from Newport-based Paul Fosh Auctions, which is on Thursday, June 8, at The Park Inn Hotel, Cardiff, starting at 5pm.

This mid-terraced cottage in Treorchy is one of the cheapest lots on auction next month. It requires full refurbishment but benefits from two bedrooms, a kitchen, shower room, separate WC and a rear garden with pedestrian lane access. The guide price is £19,000.
