Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs

Ice Age 3 is released in cinemas throughout the UK on 1st July. All of the sub-zero heroes are back for an incredible adventure involving Sid the sloth getting into trouble when he creates his own makeshift family by hijacking some dinosaur eggs! On a mission to rescue Sid, the whole gang ventures into a mysterious underground world where they have some close encounters with dinosaurs, plus a dino-hunting weasel named Buck.

Cineworld Cinemas – the leader in 3D - is delighted to give you the chance to win a family ticket for four people to go and see Ice Age 3 at the big screen! All you have to do is design your own modern day dinosaur.

How to enter?

Postal Entry

Simply draw a colourful picture of your dino-friend, give him, or her, a name and then send your entry into our office at :

Please tell us Your Local Newspaper, Your Name, Your Age, Your contact details such as address and telephone number. And most importantly the Name of Your Dinosaur. If we do not have all of these details you may not be able to go into our winners draw.

Mobile Entry

Simply take a photo of your drawing using your mobile and send it to 80360 putting the word ICE in the subject line or at the start of your message followed by a space and your name. Messages cost 25p plus your normal operator MMS charge. Text lines close 01/07/09 at 23:59.

Competition tips

Be adventurous as you can with your design, giving it lots of character and traits you think a hungry dinosaur living in a modern world would benefit from. The most inventive design will win the family ticket and results will be announced on the site here during the week commencing 13th July 2009.
