Following on from the bands last studio release – „Money And Celebrity“ – in September 2011, the new album is set to be big in sound and energy. A full on rock record with the hooks The Subways have become famous for. The album also marks a new phase for the band. Having previously worked with legendary producers on their first three albums (Stephen Street, Butch Vig and Ian Broudie), lead singer, Billy Lunn has taken on full engineering, production and mixing responsibility for the upcoming album. The album will not be over-thought or over produced… just direct and exciting to listen to, capturing the essence of the bands live shows.

In addition to the a fan pre-order via PledgeMusic or iTunes, the 19th September will also see the release of a new video for new single 'I'm In Love And It's Burning In My Soul' created by Steven Mertens, a director and animator based in Los Angeles. Employing the “multi-plane” method first developed by Walt Disney Studios in the 1930’s, Steven creates fantastic worlds and abstract stories from cut out paper. http://po.st/SubwaysInLoveYT

The album campaign artwork has been designed in Budapest by artist Zash Ore. The extremely talented graphic designer has drawn/ penned a comic art story, in collaboration with the band, to go alongside the album release. Part 1 will be revealed with the initial pre-order release, with Part 2 (the stories conclusion) appearing in Feb 2015 (alongside the main album release).

Billy, Charlotte & Josh reach their 4th album firing on all cylinders. Still only in their twenties they have built a hardcore international following. Massive facebook stats and far reaching touring schedules a testament to how far they have come and the amount of work they have put in over the last 10 years.

You’re releasing your new album in two parts. Can you tell us more about the process behind that?

It's an idea we've had for a while, and with the help of our manager we've made it happen! We liked the idea of releasing material gradually over the touring cycle, otherwise it seems like a long time between albums. Especially as we love to tour each album as much as possible!

You’ve created some comic book stylised artwork for your pledgemusic campaign. Are you all comic book fans?

We all appreciate the art form, but I think we're more fans of the characters and stories produced by comics, which are then turned into films. We all love the superhero genre of films.

If fans want to support your new release wheres the best place to go?

Our website! There's various different options of where to buy from, depending on where you live in the world. You can choose which album bundle you want too - we have a gig ticket and album, a t shirt and an album etc. Its an idea we took from working with Pledge Music - we think its cool you can get everything you need in one place.

You are visiting Cardiff shortly what can fans expect to hear?

We're really looking forward to returning to Cardiff! Personally I have a lot of great memories from there - my husband used to play in a Welsh based band and we had some crazy nights in that time. We'll be playing a mix of songs from the first 3 albums, but also playing some of the songs which are now available to download with a pre order.

In your time together as a band what has been your highlight?

I think we're incredibly lucky that we still keep adding to the awesome memories. Last night we played a gig in London, which was awesome. There were a lot of fans there who've been with us for a long time and there was a really electric atmosphere.

You’ve been together as a band for nearly a decade – will there be any anniversary plans for next year?

We definitely want to do something to celebrate and are working on some ideas at the moment...we'll keep you all posted!

Where can fans keep up to date with your latest news?
