On Friday 11th July Big Macs Wholly Soul Band are making their debut performance at the Ebbw Vale Institute,Church Street.Ebbw Vale on Saturday 12th July.
The ten piece band have been popular in the area for several years and have always had a great reaction from the audiences particularly if there is room for them to dance.
The bands leader Mike Mcnamara is of the opinion that this is due to the economic recession and the need for people to find a way to relieve their stress. “Dance events and bands of this kind seem to be having a resurgance and the people attending are looking to let their hair down and have a good time”.And thats what the band give them!
