CD Review: Never Fade Away by Spector

Never Fade Away (single)

Spector

Fiction

ANYONE who caught Spector’s live set at The Isle of Wight Festival on television a few weeks back couldn’t ignore what a wonderful stage presence the band has.

Never Fade Away follows hard on the heels of recent singles Chevy Thunder and Celestine and serves as a taster for their much anticipated album debut Enjoy It While It Lasts.

Enjoy it indeed; Never Fade Away is both anthemic and retro with a catchy refrain.

Imagine Joy Division with some humour and you have Spector’s meticulous delivery of what should be a sure-fire hit.
