The boyfriend of the late Amy Winehouse has been sent for trial on two charges of rape.
Reg Traviss, 35, was the singer's boyfriend when she died at her home in Camden, north London, last July.
Traviss, of Devonshire Street, Marylebone, London, appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court.
District Judge Stephanie Wickham said he would face trial at Southwark Crown Court on September 12.
She renewed his bail, which has two conditions, that he may not contact the complainant in the case, or visit the Experimental Cocktail Club in Gerrard Street, Soho.
The court heard that he is accused of two counts of rape in the early hours of December 31 last year.
Traviss, who wore a grey jacket, dark grey trousers, a white shirt and a dark tie, spoke only to give his name, address and date of birth.
