The Script have gone in at number one on this week's Official Albums Chart with their latest record No Sound Without Silence.

The group's fourth studio LP, which includes their top 10 single Superheroes, marks their third UK number one album.

New in at number two this week is Barbra Streisand with her duets album Partners, which includes collaborations with Lionel Richie, John Legend, Michael Buble and Elvis Presley, and marks her highest charting album in the UK since 2009's Love Is The Answer.

Last week's number one Sam Smith slips to three with In The Lonely Hour, Chris Brown's X debuts at number four, and Ed Sheeran's album X - or Multiply - is at five.

Meanwhile, on the Official Singles Chart, British drum & bass duo Sigma's latest track Changing featuring Paloma Faith is at number one.

Sigma have become the first act this year to score two consecutive number ones that have sold more than 100,000 copies in their first week of release, the Official Charts Company said.

The pair - Cameron Edwards and Joe Lenzie - told OfficialCharts.com: "We never thought we'd get in the charts to be honest so to have two number ones is just unbelievable."

Adding: "Thank you very much to everyone who has supported us and bought the records. Hopefully we'll be back with another one for you very soon."

Faith said she was "grateful to be a part of it".

Last week's chart leaders Calvin Harris and John Newman slipped to number two with Blame, and Lilly Wood and Robin Schulz's former number one Prayer In C is at three.

Professor Green and Tori Kelly are at four with Lullaby and Taylor Swift is at five with Shake it Off.
