FOR those who want to make a fresh start in 2013, Cosmic Yoga is providing a variety of classes across the Newport area.
The first class today, between 2.30pm-3.30pm at Fitness4Less, Corporation Road, is free for members Public £3, GP referral £1.50.
Monday January 7 will see a session at The Velodrome, Newport International Sport Village (free for members £4 nonmembers) between 10am- 11am and then The Share Centre, 88 Stow Hill (Donation class, recommended £5, limited space so please advise attendance) between 7.30-9pm.
Another session will take place at Fitness4Less (£4.50 open to general public, members please inquire) between 11am-12.30pm on Tuesday January 8.
Cosmic Yoga is also planning a four-hour Sunday mini-retreat in Newport for £15.
