Lliswerry neighbourhood policing team

INSP Dave Jenkins

Hi, I am Inspector David Jenkins and I am the Neighbourhood Policing Inspector for the Maindee and Caerleon Neighbourhood Policing Teams. I joined Gwent Police in 1986 and have worked in a number of different roles, as a Police Constable in Blaenau Gwent, Police Sergeant in Caerphilly and Monmouthshire and Police Inspector in Newport.

PS Lee Stephens

Hi, I am Lee Stephens and have served with Gwent Police since 2005. I have previously worked in Response Policing and have covered the entire city of Newport, including Ringland and Alway as a Neighbourhood Officer. I am now the Neighbourhood Sergeant for Caerleon, Langstone and Llanwern.

PS Scott Askew

Hi I am Scott Askew, the Neighbourhood Sergeant for Maindee, covering Victoria and St Julians wards. I joined Gwent Police in 2003 and have previously worked as a Response Officer in Brynmawr and as a Detective Constable in Abertillery and Newport. Before my current role, I was a Neighbourhood Support Sergeant in Newport Central, before a 15 month secondment to South Wales Fire and Rescue, Fire Crime Unit.

PC Leanne Pole

Hi, I am Leanne Pole and I am the Crime and Disorder Reduction Officer for Newport East. I joined Gwent Police in 2000 and have worked in Response Policing, covering Maindee and Newport Central. I have also previously been the Ward Officer for Alway.

PC Lesley Morgan

Hello I am PC Lesley Morgan I have been a Police Officer since 1998, working as a response officer in Maindee. I have been a ward officer since 2006, covering the Beechwood ward initially and now the Lliswerry ward. Prior to this I was a Traffic warden in Chepstow for 10 years.

PC Nick Evans

Hello I am PC Nick Evans and I have been a Police officer since 2003. I have been the Ward Officer for Lliswerry since 2004 and before that I worked in Maindee as a Response Officer.

CSO Abbie Moghaddas-Davies

Hello I am CSO Abbie Moghaddas-Davies and I the CSO for the Lliswerry ward. I joined the ward in 2012 and I was a Special Constable prior to becoming a CSO.

Hello, I am Lisa Bowsell, I am the CSO for the Lliswerry ward. I have worked for Gwent Police since 2012 and I am keen to develop links within the community.

Hello, I am CSO Eve Weston and I am the CSO in the Lliswerry ward, also covering the City of Newport College Campus. I joined Gwent Police in 2012 as a Welsh Government funded CSO.

CSO Richie Harris

Hello, I am CSO Richie Harris and I am the Community Support Officer for the Lliswerry ward. I have been a CSO since2008 and before that I was a Traffic Warden for 18 years.
