AN accident between Risca Roundabout and the Full Moon roundabout in Crosskeys is causing tailbacks.
Police received reports that a Vauxhall Vectra had come off the road and gone into a ditch at 5.18pm.
The ambulance services have attended the scene and one person is being treated for minor injuries.
The accident is causing severe delays in both directions.
A recovery operation is currently under way.
