How long had the driver passed his test, it could have been all five who lost their lives.
Perhaps they should start bringing out laws for young drivers not to cary 2 or more passengers.

And to those who are asking questions and judging the driver and the passengers, keep the comments to yourselfs. Your just hurting the friends and familys of those concered.

I had known Jamie from around magor and school I was a year above, we weren’t close but I would always call him a friend, he would always make time to stop and say hello and have a conversation about what we were doing and how life was treating us at the time, which is a rare quality in people theses days to stop and make time for someone. Last time I talked to him was last year when we talked about the old days in school, he will be sadly missed my hart is with his family and friends.

My first comment actually!! I was refering to comments that got deleted by other posters about 6 people in a three door car...

I never commented about him because I was just indifferent to the story..

Regardless of how wonderful you think he was, the actions of cramming 6 people in a small car where dangerous.. I see the police have also bailed the Driver.. Upsetting for the family yes, but maybe knowing the response the Argus should have not allowed comments

My thoughts go out to all of Jamie's family and friends. Everyone who knew Jamie (or Owl) knew what a special, caring person he was. He was the first person to ask how you were; the first person to make you laugh, he was a diamond – one of a kind. I'll always remember the times I spent with him... RIP Jamie, words cannot describe how much you will be missed...xx
