PARKER Joan Lloyd Parker of Llanfrechfa, Cwmbran passed away on 21st October 2012, aged 83 years. Beloved wife of the late Colin, mother of Elizabeth, dear sister of Peggy. Funeral Tuesday 20th November, service 10.00am at the Gwent Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations in lieu may be given for the British Heart Foundation.
