NEW HEAD: Narendra Limbu is the new president of the Gurkhas in Wales
THE Welsh Gurkha Community elected a new executive committee and appointed Narendra Limbu as the new president and Chitra Rana as vice-president.
Previously, the community has demonstrated its enthusiasm in contributing to the local community by assisting in drives to help raise money for causes like Help for Heroes and Bron Afon Community Housing.
In 2011, the community received a civic testimonial award from the mayor of Torfaen for achievements in working with the local community.
