Body found in car park is missing Newport woman

THE body of a woman found close to the Kingsway Centre car park in Newport yesterday has been formally identified as Penelope Elliott who was reported as missing from her home in Newport on Thursday.

The 63-year-old was found at around 9:30am and Gwent Police say the death is not being treated as suspicious.
