SCENE: An officer on Penygarn Road in Pontypool after the crash
THE 22-YEAR-old man who died following a collision on Penygarn Road on January 2 has been named as Jamie Harper from New Inn.
Mr Harper was riding a blue Yamaha motorcycle when his bike hit a green Volkswagan Golf.
He was taken to the Royal Gwent Hospital where he later died.
