LIGHTS and cameras surrounded a Newport home on Tuesday night as the BBC filmed an episode of medical drama Casualty.
The series, which has moved filming to South Wales, is the longest-running emergency medical series in the world and was filmed at a house on the corner of West Park Drive and Bassaleg Road.
The show moved to the Roath Lock studios in Cardiff Bay in late 2011.
It joins a list of other productions being filmed in South Wales including Dr Who, Torchwood, Pobol y Cwm and Merlin.
The first episode of Casualty produced in the new studios was broadcast on Monday, with an extended 80-minute episode.
