Risca Road crash causes long delays in Newport

The crash involved a blue Fiat Punto and a silver Range Rover.
A 27-year-old woman and a four-month-old baby were taken to the Royal Gwent Hospital in Newport as a precaution.

AN ACCIDENT is causing traffic congestion along Risca Road in Newport this morning.
The accident involving two cars happened at the junction of Preston Avenue and Risca Road.
Two police cars and an ambulance are at the scene.
