A FORECASTER has warned a 'snow bomb' could fall on Gwent, dumping large amounts of snow.
Jonathan Powell, a forecaster at Vantage Weather said: "There is a chance a 'snow bomb' could dump a lot of snow over South Wales early Tuesday morning, but it could go east and miss us. If worst comes to worst, that happens, there could be an extra inch of snow on top of what we already have. But if not there will be a light dusting sometime in the next 24 hours, and of course these very cold temperatures will remain."
