Emergency repairs cause delays on M4 in Newport Emergency repairs cause delays on M4 in Newport

SLOW traffic is reported in Newport due to emergency repairs on the M4 westbound between J26 at Malpas and J28 at Tredegar Park.

All lanes have now been re-opened but traffic is still slow.

You've got the picture reversed. It shows the eastbound carriageway with the jam!
