I wonder is affliction will occur in prison. On the sentence he will only serve 4 yrs !!!hardly a deterrent or a punishment. Castrate him that would e appropriate

yet again the uk justice system lets us down,4 years and out to do the same again, disgusting man chemical castration is the answer for these people.like county mad says it is not a deterrent , you get 4 years if you avoid tax, but of course that is a offence against our goverment and we cant have that can we.oh and that only happens to the guy in the street not the likes of bankers ect..

To be fair after reading the story the girl and her father are to blame as well. at 15 she should not have got so drunk her father put her to bed why didnt he no1 stop her drinking no2 take her home, but it seems he wanted to have a drink and a good time himself and not look after his daughter. at 15 she might have looked and told him she was older, she could have aggreed to sex then becasue she got caught, back tracked....just saying

I think the point is, a grown man should be able to resist sneaking into the bedroom of a drunk 15 year old, the second her father (and presumably all other adults) were out of the way.

He didn't say that they were both drunk and ****. To put it bluntly, he said that he is prone to sleep raping. There is a care of duty to others around you if you are drink driving, that is why the law doesn't accept it as an accident when you get behind the wheel and you are drunk.

I am a sleep raper, I really fancy that young girl, I think she fancies me too, I am drunk, I probably shouldn't insist she stays.

Care of duty.

He was obviously trying to wriggle out of it. Coming clean, would have involved revealing a character that 'he knows' would be frowned upon.

Guilty.

he lives in london and was staying at the house. the father should have taken her home. it is a duty of a parent to look after your child and not put them in a dangerous situation, allowing her to get so drunk that he couldnt move her at 6am, but then she said she was raped by 6.30? wow i wish i could recover from alcohol that quick. if he did do it, then he deserves everything he got all im saying is he is not the only one to blame.

No 2 the father put her to bed at a friends house, not a strangers house.. And anyway it doesn't matter how drunk she was, it wouldn't matter if she was stood there completely naked he had no right doing what he did.
