Two injured in Blackwood bin lorry crash
TWO men were injured when a bin lorry and a van crashed in Blackwood this morning.
The pair suffered minor injuries in the crash on Pengam Road just before 6am. South Wales Fire and Rescue Service freed one of the men using hydraulic cutting equipment.
Two crews from Cefn Fforest, two from Pontypridd and one from Malpas were sent to the scene.
