Two people cut free from car

TWO people were cut free from a car last night after a crash left it upside down in a ditch.

Fire crews from Monmouth, Malpas, Usk and Ebbw Vale attended the crash on the A449 southbound between Raglan and Usk, after receiving the call at 10.30pm.

After firefighters cut the man and woman free from the car, they were both taken to hospital by ambulance.

Their injuries were not life-threatening.

Gwent Police were in attendance and fire crews left the scene at 11.50pm.

More casualties of the appalling driving standards in this little corner of the world. I wonder how many that makes this year already?

More examples of someone jumping to appalling conclusions without all the facts in this little corner of the world. I wonder how many that makes this year already?
